Arrow Park

A Truly Unique Venue, The Arrow Park Mansion – with gorgeous lake views and unique room layouts – is the centerpiece for many of our weddings. But, your options are unlimited. Arrow Park has wonderful gardens, plus forest and beach settings which may match your expectations and wedding theme equally well. The entirety of Arrow Park is available for you and your guests to enjoy. Arrow Park is located in Monroe, New York (Orange County) – about an hour drive from many metropolitan cities in neighboring New York, Connecticut and New Jersey. There is a retro-grandeur to the estate and the property which tends to leave an indelible impression on those that visit and spend even the shortest amount of  time here – regardless of the occasion. We are not about high-tech. Nor are we about resplendent luxury and sophistication. Our buildings and grounds have maintained the simple sophistication and appreciation of nature that were the reasons for it's acquisition in 1909. We take a particular sense of pride in the “quirkiness” of Arrow Park and continue to enjoy the sharing of the grounds with visitors.

Lambs Hill

Charlotte Guernsey and Dennis Vetrano are the owners and creators of Lambs Hill. Charlotte has a background in fine art, graduating from Rhode Island School of Design and loves to paint in oils. She also has a career in real estate getting her license in 1998 and then starting her own brokerage in 2001. She purchased 10 acres on the mountain in 2003, met Dennis the following year and in 2007 they were married on the property which had by then become their residence. When Charlotte met Dennis, he was a prosecutor for child abuse and neglect but soon after, that background and experience blossomed into his own family law firm.

Their wedding was the perfect day. The views were like a fairytale and as the golden hour set into twilight the lights from the city below started coming on creating this spectacular evening vista. The miniature donkeys were the ring bearers in the wedding, with custom saddles for the rings and were led down the aisle by Charlotte's nephews. Charlotte designed everything with a little bit of an equestrian influence from the donkey's attire, to the cake, to the bit hardware details and equestrian runners on the tables. She also styled and created all the details like the designs for the flower girl dresses, all the flowers, and even chose a weathered rock for everyone to sign instead of a book and now that rock is part of the entry of our house. After their wedding, Charlotte and Dennis really wanted to be able to share this beautiful experience with others. In 2008 they were able to get a permit from the town to allow weddings at their property.
